I think that blizzard should make another realm or a few more realms that are like the Test Realm. Where you start out with wow level 80's and some gear. If you do use this idea you also might want to only make the realm accessible after you have at least one Max-lvl soon. Also I would not start them out with all gear for every type; I would start them out with a simple set of armor that is well rounded for all talent specs. Maybe two sets depending on the class. Maybe even only races. So they people can enjoy doing Heroics and getting gear for their characters but not have to level them up all the way. I think one reason why a lot of people quit WoW is because it takes way too long to get to max wow lvl and after you've leveled one character powerleveling leveling others becomes boring and repetitious, even when leveling two completely different classes. But this way casual players could experience higher level things with multiple characters instead of taking months (or weeks for the hardcore gamers) to level another character up to 80 and possibly not even like it when they get it to 80 because some chars are fun leveling but boring maxed out, when others are fun maxed but boring leveling. All in all, you also can level up by buying wow gold.
LOL, it is an idea never going to happen.
